We are used to delicious pizza, fine and well cooked paste, with quality products in garnish, but we moved and had to find a new QG. We were hoping to find the same thing in the vivaio given the reviews and we were pretty disappointed. then not pizzas are not bad, but nothing to do with pizzas of high quality and Italian tradition in my sense. The cheese does not taste good mozzarella that one could wait, the sauce does not have a transcendent taste and the dough is not very cooked and rather soft and white. However, the size is very correct, I join previous opinions on this point.Prises to be taken at the opening, no particular remark to be made on the reception whether in the right or the wrong sense. A better cooking would make the product much better :-)
When we left the yvelines, 4 years ago, this restaurant - already Italian - was called "the bella vita": pizzas wood fire, etc......and it was as good as nice.Back in the region, change of name but resto identical to the original scene.Arrived for lunch on the late - 13 h 40 -, reception smiling by new employees, installation and on the menu; dish of the day, i.e. marinated chicken skewer with spaghetti in milanaise and Italian wine in pichet. Verdict: everything was very good, wine included. followed by a coffee just as good, comes the time of the addition. in all, 48€, with daily dishes to almost 15€ - it seemed a little expensive, but good -.I think we will soon go back to rediscover their pizzas.
I knew this pizza a few years ago when we were well received pizzas were very correct fine wood fire fine ingredients etc...Now the welcome is nulla paste is thick and not well cooked like chewing-gum the pasta are not fresh from industrial preparation probably too complicated to stem from bacon and cook them short adios for my part!!!
