Short description: Ambience and menus 5 stars, food and service 4 stars....... The Ristorante Diavolo is located in the heart of Lübeck's Old Town, directly opposite the Marienkirche. Unfortunately there is currently a large building site vis à vis the restaurant and the view is not really nice, so we decide for a seat in the back, somewhat lower part of the restaurant. Located in the middle of the city, it is best to reach; right next to the famous Marienkirche. When we enter the place at 7:00, only a few tables are well occupied because we want to entertain ourselves undisturbed. Free choice gives us a corner table. P and I slip onto the wide bench while R. and my husband take a seat on heavy chairs. Very cozy! The device is relatively simple, nothing is overloaded or even cheesy.
