Pietro and Mercedes are young, creative, all about quality, freshness (possibly local), a real breath of fresh air in the quite traditional gastronomic landscape of Ticino. One runs the kitchen, the other the dalle. The restaurant sits less than 20 guests, so it’s a good idea to make a reservation. An excellent restaurant… Intimate, the internal room and the external part are simple and with few tables. The staff is knowledgeable and kind, the chef is excellent and attentive to all guests. During the evening he makes sure that everything is proceeding as best as possible. There is always a fixed menu with multiple courses, you can pair them with glasses of wine selected by them, or choose directly from the wine list. The dishes are really good and carefully prepared, the flavors are refined, the waiters explain the ingredients of each course in detail. we celebrated the birthday of clara, we felt immediately at home, a warm welcome, the perfect place, treated in detail, the exceptional menu! I always heard cooks talk about goat sprouts, now I know what it means! savor the dish and feel every single ingredient and at the same time enjoy a unique goto, it is spontaneous to thank the land for the good things it offers, and also the piero schef that knows with skill it exalts them! Un Ristorante con la “R” maiuscola!Cucina ottima, direttore Eric, molto bravo e cucina da dio, Signora che serve ai tavoli molto gentile, brava e competente! Finalmente un locale dove si sta davvero bene, con prezzi vantaggiosi, e dove ci si sente a casa, bella la sala, e il giardino sotto le piante! Tornerò sicuramente! Parcheggio comunale a 20 metri! 5 courses refined evening menu, very good and well presented. maximum flexibility even in case of allergies, intolerances and preferences for some ingredient. kindness is genuine and total. a place to go back to the eyes closed.
