Despite both years and from time to time I attend this place for breakfast with the hope of an improvement, the situation is always the same: The bakery is good, but the bad service! you always sit on tables that are untied and cleaned, to order you have to wait for a long time, the brioches arrive in a relatively short time, but you can be sure that the drinks arrive when unfortunately you have already finished eating and maybe digested. very disorganized, sin!

My wife and I were in Lugano to ride on the Funicolare du Monte Bre and just walked into this establishment for a light lunch. Just great. Our lunch was very tasty, prices reasonable, and the service top rate. I would stop in here again, any time. Also, this establishment was close to funicolare, so very convenient for the two of us. GREAT, all around!

For years, there is no decent pastry shop in the whole world and with honest prices! ! It is good that they have opened this lovely place with friendly staff and helpful!Finally also in lugano there are good desserts as in Italy!!!thanks a thousand!

waiting times for a breakfast at the table are very long, customers who complain continuously for the waiting and staff not at the height (are paid little!? I know that the propitiousness is the true plague) Swiss prices but bad service!

nice bar with excellent choice of sweets and soft drinks, but with a very slow and above all disregarded service. we had to wait more than 30 minutes for ordering. the quality of the products is good.
