Vorweg:Wer Billiges und davon viel und schnell erwartet, ist hier falsch. Hier wird gegessen, und nicht wie am Futtertrog Nahrung aufgenommen. Essen dient der Freude des Gaumens, nicht der Dehnung des Magens - das sollte jedenfalls der Anspruch sein, um sich wohl zu fühlen und zu genießen..In der Altstadt Korbachs gelegen, in einem traditionellen Fachwerkhaus, liegt das liebevoll und zweckmäßig eingerichtete und sehr freundlich und mit Witz geführte Ristorante. we visit korbach and wanted to taste something different from German eating. we were happy to have chosen this place! the restaurant is elegant and clean, unlike other sticky and fatty Italian restaurants in Germany. it is operated by a...Italian family (in fact some speak not German, but only Italian). but they understood themselves. we ordered two beer, tagliatelle monti y mare, rigatoni broccoleto and coffee and tartufo for dessert. total was eating really delicious and plentiful. we would come back to try the pizza that also looked really good!

thanks to one of the locals during a walk in Korbach, we have a nice evening with great food, drinks and service. what was specifically done tonight was that the owners allowed us to stay far beyond the closure. time, while she is dining with her family and her personal. the food was great! the restaurant has a German look and feel, but eating speaks for itself. the gorgonzola with the kalbmedaillons had a perfect taste, beautiful and eccentric gorgonzola taste, but not overwhelming the rest. the wine was also great, a. good merlot. the large part of the personal is Italian and speaks German and English. the chefs are definitely Italian and also to finish the night we had a typical Italian espresso. beautiful and bitter taste with a hit. I would strongly recommend this restaurant!

here on recommendation one of my traveling stopped. very delicious pizza and pasta. the prices were on the moderate side. in any case worth a try.
