Ristorante Pizzeria Giovanni Speranza

We were 6 people, the only ones in the whole place. For 4 people the appetizer came after 1h 10min. After we finished, the appetizer came for the other two only after a further 15min. After about 2 hours our pizza finally came, at least three times. Totally tricky and just not good! On demand, where the rest remain, we first got no answer and then that everything is made fresh (that was definitely not so!). Unfriendly staff puts up the crown of the whole story and would not have been enough, they have also tried to cheat us at the price. Don't go!

We were shocked when we entered the restaurant... in some cases not really clean. Unfriendly operation. Our drinks were brought to us after 30min in plastic bottles with dirty glasses. The food still didn't come after 2 hours, until on 2 tables the restaurant was empty we were 10 people and had ordered almost that. The service ran through the restaurant without understanding that we waited for food for 2 hours. Some of our questions are ignored. After 2.5 hours the food was still not there. We decided to eat at home ....

It was with Giovanni last night. Local was well visited. The pizza, as usual, upstairs. Unfortunately, we had to wait about 2 hours for the pizza. This is far too long for the German clientele. Service, waiter, was not concentrated and not really Lord of his senses.

I don't know what went wrong here. Eternal waiting times. Staff without service. And that was not only us, but also a group of 12 young people a few days later. We won't try again.

We were there for the first time. Although we were the only guests, we had to wait for our food for a long time. The pizza was fantastic!
