Ristorante Pizzeria La Rosa

We came to Hilpoltstein by accident and were enchanted by this charming town with its church and old houses. It was a Monday night and almost all restaurants were closed, the only possibility seemed one of the many fast food places which did have no appeal at all. Walking down to the brook we found La Rosa, and looking at it, we did not expect much. However, looks can mislead! The pizza was good and crunchy and the pasta with funghi porcini was nice too! Locals appreciate it as well, because the restaurant was full of them.

This little restaurant is built into the medieval city wall of Hilpoltstein. The family that runs the place is very friendly and they cook very well. Good food at a great value.

Die Champignons auf der Pizza waren schwarz, der Parmaschinken zu dick geschnitten und der Teig zu hart. Italenische gute Küche ist das nicht.Definitiv nie wieder.

Super Essen und flexibel. Ich war dort mit 28 Personen und wir bekamen ein tolles individuelles Menü nach unseren Wünschen zusammengestellt.
