Rita's Italian Ice

Food was delicious, although they definitely need to train their employees. We asked what one of the beats was and the girl behind the counter had no idea. Not their fault, business just needs to make sure that they are properly informed about the products they offer. No tons of seats, but this is just a location problem.

Rita's Italian Ice is one of the most reliable franchises I've come across. I've visited several locations across four states, and every time I've encountered friendly staff and high-quality, delicious treats. This experience was no different. I can confidently give it five stars—and big smiles all around!

Very tasty, clean store. The help varies though…. The first time I went, I had two young ladies who were exceptional. The second time I went, I’m not sure if it was the owner or manager, but the service wasn’t the same.

The service here is excellent, and the staff are very friendly. I absolutely love it! I highly recommend coming here—definitely a 10/10 experience!

Its very good. My only issue was no apple pie filling as a topping. They have it on one sign but not on the other sign. Lol. They dont have it.
