Rita's Italian Ice Frozen Custard

Horrible costumer service very unorganized.. I waited in line with my daughter godson for maybe 10 min. There was 2 lines going, I was on the right side. The guy on the left side went ahead of us in the right lane bc he was there first and was next in line so then the left side opens up so I go next. I get up to the cashier and she plantely says in front of everyone “Yeah just so you know that was rude” I then say I’m sorry what ? How was that rude I went in line as I should’ve like everyone else was. Meanwhile I have 2 kids with me very excited for their ice cream.. so she proceeds to take these 2 young girls behind me instead of me and my kids. Which is very rude and disrespectful.. so the...

I really wish I could have gave 0 stars. The water ice was really watery with bits of paper in it. I will never return. The customer service was awful. I purchased a quart of water ice that I was unable to eat. The pieces of paper was disgusting. This was a terrible experience.

Rolled up at 8:40 and the girl had already closed....Twenty mins early. Looked like they had closed earlier too.
