I appreciate your response, but I was disappointed to find that I couldn’t tip the servers using my credit card during checkout. There is a small tip jar for cash tips, so why not offer the same option for credit card payments? I recognize this may complicate things, but it feels incredibly disrespectful to your employees.

I really appreciate the expanded selection of custard flavors, especially the option to pair them with Italian ice. Cheap awful owner who makes his employees weigh your cup and gives you a lousy amount for what you pay. Bring your business somewhere better, go to ANYWHERE else. This is the best frozen custard around! If you've never tried Deep Cooler, you’re missing out—it’s creamier, thicker, and tastier than any soft serve! The staff were friendly and even let us sample different flavors. I love this place so much that I go out of my way just to visit!
We had a wonderful experience here! We've visited multiple times, especially during the summer. The young staff are incredibly friendly, and I appreciate how well they treat the customers. I definitely recommend this place!
The world could certainly use more Rita's locations. I really miss having one nearby, as the custard is always a delightful treat whenever I'm close to one!
This stuff is ridiculously good, be sure to get the ice and custard together. My favorite is the one where they blend them together
