The restaurant is quiet, yet centrally located in the city centre of Rostock and is easily accessible by train and car. Parking, however, costs money and is limited. A car park is close to the hotel. We had a seat reservation for the indoor area, but should take our seats at once on plastic garden chairs in front of the restaurant in the Heiligengeisthof. Other guests in the interior ultimately had to clear their seats and move to the outside. A conversation was hardly possible, as the music was above average loud. With only a small sign off the pedestrian walk way make the effort to walk down the street and turn left through an alleyway. Dont worry you end up in a nice courtyard with this restaurant located in it. We sat on the patio which was great and I think most of the customers were locals. The prices were significantly lower than those on the main street. The food was great and the service exceptional.

after the reviews in the net we had enjoyed eating in this local.The personal was friendly and accommodating but the athmosphere in the restaurant was not particularly good.The eating was good but without high points. the price-performance ratio is sufficient for this restaurant but nothing extraordinary.

We were pleasantly surprised when we entered the restaurant. lovely environment. nice staff and good food. It was a pure coincidence that we saw the sign at the big pedestrian street showing the way to the restaurant. Really worth a visit. Réservez une table maintenant

on the search for a local near the pedestrian zone we discovered this little restaurant hidden in an in-house. it met all our expectations: floor-to-ceiling kitchen, good quality, friendly service and good value for money!

The situation is not the best at first sight is in a backyard. But very nice staff and the environment and the food was very good. There is also the ability to sit out if the weather permits.

beautiful, rustic local near the pedestrian zone. very good value for money. had eaten the first time long fish (zander) and he was very tasty. also very nice service.
