I really don 't like leaving bad reviews but hopefully management takes some action. The food here is delicious, but the service has been consistently horrible for the past three years we 've been coming here. In every way possible the service is bad. Wait time, demeanor of staff, you have to constantly get the staffs attention to get any kind of service. Ordering online can be even worse, they wait until you get there to tell you they are out of what you ordered, then you need to wait until they cook your replacement, or you need to create a new order all together. The final straw for me was last night, we ordered online (we were charged) only to find out they were closed when we got there....
Apparently this place closes randomly without any notice. AVOID ORDERING THROUGH YELP OR GRUBHUB AT ALL COSTS. Ordered through Yelp and then spent 45 min stuck in traffic to get here only to realize they're closed. No notice, no signs, and I'm here with 4 other parties having the same exact issues. Called GRUBHUB to cancel the order and they placed me on hold then hung up on me. Can't even get in touch with the restaurant and been sitting in their parking lot for the past 20 minutes trying to get my money back. If you want this food, you're better off going to Vegas. Worst customer experience ever. Workers were assholes. Ordered on doordash 1. Pulled into the lot and the worker closed the door on us, without saying a word. Door was locked too, so wtf. Had to walk around. 2. Went inside and took minutes for someone to walk out, only to be told the restaurant was closed. 3. Asked for our doordash order and be said he didn't confirm the order, so uhh ok. Zero remorse and customer service and just had an **** tone and vibe the whole time. I get why the complaints and lack of diners at this restaurant. I usually don't expect much, but this was just terrible. No sign or anything at the door.
Ordered the Shrimp Roast and the Chicken Sausage Roast. The soups themselves tasted very good. The portions of shirmp and sausage in each was a good amount. The sausages were diced cubes which was easy to eat and the shrimp were medium sized. The spice has a moderate kick, not enough to become uncomfortable, more like an after kick with each bite. Paired with a side of rice to consume tastes great. Features: Seating indoors is quite far apart from other patrons. Staff are wearing masks.

This by far my favorite place to dine in Alhambra!!! Although the menu is slightly limited now the flavor is popping!! Now let's talk about the service...you have to ask for Tim when you eat here. He elevates the service to another level! I've said it before, go here for the food but stay for the service, specifically Tim! Highly recommended eats and service.
I really enjoy this restaurant; however, they are currently not offering dine-in service. I ordered takeout for dinner, and the cost was around $20–30 per person. Here are some features: there is no dine-in option or outdoor seating, but they do offer takeout and curbside pickup. Delivery is not available.

They closed early by about an hour. No one answered phone/no voice-mail stating early close. Arrived 30 mins before closing and they were locked up and no one was inside. Disappointed and a waste of a drive
