Riurau - Réservation de table

Waiting, waiting, waiting. Old bread came after the starters. One out of three tapas were some kind of not to identify beans. Four times asking for vinegar oil with the salad. Tasteless chicken and salmon. Heated up veggies potatoes. Serving staff tried to be friendly, nice setting in the Jalon Valley. Cook and owners should be fired immediately, and give RiuRau a new chance. Until then: don’t even try....

Just wanted a coffee on a sunny but cold day. We were only allowed to sit at tables not laid up for lunch. At the time we sat down no sunny tables available. But before our coffees arrived one was, so we moved seats. The waitress certainly made it clear she wasn't happy!!! Did the same to a group of Dutch guests, who, might have stayed on for lunch. Obviously didnt want the business won't be going again

On our last evening in Xaló, we were strolling around parts of the little town we hadn’t explored before and came across this lovely sunny terrace and stopped for a drink. The welcome couldn’t have been friendlier and the drinks were served with a smile. Lovely views all around the valley. A lovely way to round off our trip to Xaló.

We have visited this restaurant on several occasions recently, we have been here for tapas and also for paella. Each time we have been pleasantly surprised at the service and quality of the food, which we feel is reasonably priced for what you get. It’s a lovely location with a great terrace with nice views Réservez une table maintenant

Unfortunately not open when advertised (see photo). Also do not answer the phone. Means I will not try again as there are sufficient other restaurants around that are open when they state that they are open. In the past the food was nice and the service also.

Staff could not have been more helpful on arrival. Set up table for us in the sun. Delicious starters, followed by varied dishes and deserts, toilets ground level. Will return in the Spring,

Dropped in here for lunch on a Sunday, haven't been here in years. We had good food, delicious pudding and pleasant staff, thoroughly enjoyed the experience. Reasonably priced as well.

The food was good, rustic Spanish cuisine and the outdoor setting was lovely but the waitresses were not very friendly or attentive and left patrons waiting for long periods of time Réservez une table maintenant

Really friendly service who speaks fluent English! Had the paella which was lovely! Have a nice outside space but be careful of mosquitos!! Definitely worth visiting.

Very poor slow service Incorrect drinks brought. Had to request the bill several times. Staff not interested
