Rive Droite - Réservation de table

We decided to go to this restaurant because of the good reviews and, maybe, we were just unlucky! All started well with a nice table on the outdoor terrace. The service was friendly and we soon had a kir royal in hand to start the...evening. The menu is very limited, three options at each course, but with interesting looking dishes that presumably change regularly. Our starters (ceviche) were excellent, apart from a few very tired salad leaves as garnish but our main courses were disappointing; the Onglet beefsteak and Filet Mignon were both rather tough and despite there being only main course options were accompanied by the same vegetables and a brown tasteless sauce. We selected this restaurant based on reviews by TripAdvisor. The place has a premium appearance and matching service, really very good and enjoyable. The food did not keep up with this. The starter was reasonable, though not surprising in any way. The main course truly...failed to deliver on expectation. The fish appeared not fresh and rather dry. The pea paste was dead, dry and nearly tasteless. Maybe the chef was away on holiday and this was just a bad exception. Wine on the other hand was very good and the price is very moderate for a place like this. We give out of for the overall experience regardless of the disappointing food.

Très bonne réception, produit frais, maison. Petit plat sur une entrée, un peu simple et sans goût. (mais ne pas donner cause à la qualité des produits utilisés. Dîner prix, 35 euros. Entrée, plats, dessert. Cocktail sans alcool, 5 euros et très bon. Très belle terrasse.

Very chic! Nice welcoming place! Wonderful food! French specialties. A bit more expensive than most restaurants in the region but a good place to calm down and eat lovely food. Réservez une table maintenant
