I am unable to rate this restaurant because they canceled my reservation ‘due to a private party’. I think it is extremely rude of a restaurant to cancel reservations for this reason. I had planned a special occasion dinner here because I have dined here before, so it was very inconvenient to be cancelled out To make matters worse, the restaurant did not inform Open Table of their cancellation, with the result I kept receiving text reminders from OT about my upcoming reservation. I was very frustrated that I had to call the restaurant (and you might know what a run around this is in a resort restaurant) to verify that I had indeed been cancelled Needless to say I will not be making a future...
A lovely location at the top of Delano next to the Sky Lounge, Rivea is a bit hard to find using Delano elevators but worth the effort as the food is very good with excellent servers with attentive service and a great view from the top. The rib steak wascooked perfectly medium rare, the crock of vegetables was an interesting zucchini, onion, eggplant and tomato mini pot hot fromthe oven, and the branzino was tender and moist. The shrimp and squid with fennel starter was full of flavor and tasty largeshrimp. The olive tepanade was great with the bread sticks and side of fresh bread. Very good but lacking a bit in theinnovative department.
very professional and friendly staff. beautiful view. great place to meet friends for a nice meal and talk. the service is a little slow. could be poor. the whole hotel is not well lit. if they are local, it is difficult to get to the restaurant on the regular elevators. I tried three times and asked 3 employees to help. 3 is a charm. the 3rd person suggested that I walk over the entrance of the sky view lounge and accompanied me there.
This restaurant in Vegas offers one of the most stunning viewpoints, along with outstanding service and delicious food. It is truly a must-visit experience in Vegas. Don't forget to visit the SkyLounge, connected to Rivea, and enjoy the breathtaking views from the patio. The view of the strip is even more impressive from the SkyLounge side.

We loved our view; the food was original and outstanding and our waiter, Chris was attentive and very pleasant. What a wonderful restaurant to celebrate our 25th anniversary.
Great. Last one in Vegas went to Jean Georges and very disappointed. Rivea has great ambience, service, and tasty food. I would recommend to others.
