First I want to thank Mya for making me feel as I fit in; she didn’t treat me any different I came in right after working a long day in a warehouse my attire was not what most would wear to this restaurant. Hostess I would suggest asking those who come to the outdoor area if they are aware that there’s an in indoor and an outdoor menu before sitting them down. I felt bad that I was seated where I could not have what I saw online and what I was hoping to eat Mya did offer to move me inside but that meant she would loose her table (she didn’t say that to me I have common sense as I have been a server) so I told her I would stay outside and she recommended me the special (Blackened Shrimp Scamp...
I have been here many times but this was a first for breakfast with a friend. When we arrived we were told to just pick a seat which we did. After ordering drinks, we started to talk and realized the music was just too loud to hear each other 9:30am on a Saturday does not need rock music or the BeeGees Stayin ' Alive at a level you cannot talk over. We asked the server again, and he said I didn 't touch the knob, some songs are just loud and other 's are soft. I wish we would have walked out right then. Perfection on a dish! We had the Shrimp Scampi and the Mahi Caribbean Bowl. Both meals were cooked with a perfect balance of seasoning and flavor combinations. The Mahi was particularly good; flaky and moist as it should be. The atmosphere was again perfect; just the right level of music lighting that it complimented the natural beauty of the water. Service was spot on! Drinks stayed filled, knew the menu and offered suggestions that fit what we were looking for.. such as the cheesecake for dessert: an excellent finishing touch to a fine meal.
I adored this place. We sat outside and had the seafood platter then moved over to sit by the river for some drinks. The server was amazing, very attentive and friendly! The views are lovely; the ocean breeze and live acoustic made for a lovely romantic setting. Mahi and shrimp was a bit over salted but was very juicy and not dried out, tasted like great quality. The menu for outdoor seating is a bit more light and casual than the menu for dining inside. Next time we will come back and try the inside menu. Réservez une table maintenant
Absolutely wonderful food and atmosphere, but even more outstanding was the service! Our waitress, Kara, went truly above and beyond. She checked on us multiple times throughout the meal and was so thoughtful and kind! The food and seating right on the river made for a wonderful evening, but the outstanding service made it truly a memorable experience. We will be back!!
The manager would not allow the outside menu after moving our party of 15+ out doors due to a meeting underway in the adjacent room. The outdoor bartender didn't seem happy when a couple of our friends ordered from her. I didn't see what difference it made, what or where we ordered.
