The ambiance was enhanced by live music, and the crowd was manageable, which was a welcome relief given the cold winter temperatures. We sampled a cider flight, and it was truly scrumptious—there were so many amazing varieties to choose from! I ordered the chili, and while it was decent, I probably wouldn't get it again. I visited with family who were in town, and we had a wonderful time. The venue is spacious, offering ample seating both indoors and outdoors, including the fantastic "Apple Shack" room, which features a separate bar and additional seating. I happened to be passing by and decided to give this place a try, and I'm so glad I did! The atmosphere is lively and fun, and they offer a fantastic selection of ciders, beers, and wines. During the weekend, there was live music, and there's ample space to enjoy both indoors and outdoors. The food choices are excellent, and they even have a kids' menu for the little ones. The staff was exceptionally friendly and welcoming. I highly recommend this spot if you’re in the area—it’s a refreshing change of pace from all the farm stands and wineries!
We went to the restaurant specifically to try the Cinnamon Toast cider, which we had enjoyed in the past for its delicious sugar cinnamon rim. Unfortunately, this time it only had plain cinnamon, which was quite disappointing. The drink was decent but didn't taste as good as it appeared in the photos. I hope it will be improved on our next visit. Additionally, it felt a bit overpriced for something that was just average.

Visited Riverhead Ciderhouse while traveling from Buffalo and had a fantastic evening. Enjoyed excellent ciders, entertaining trivia, and a tasty pretzel. The atmosphere was inviting, and the ciders were outstanding. Looking forward to my next visit, but for now, I’m taking some canned ciders home!
One of my go-to places. They always have a fantastic selection of tasty drinks on tap. The food can be a bit expensive, but if you’re going in the afternoon with friends, the shareable plates make it worth it. They often feature live music, making it a fun and lively spot.
I had a fantastic experience! The only drawback was the lengthy wait for service and to settle my bill. It's not the bartenders' fault; they just need more help! On the positive side, the ciders were amazing.

Spacious venue with ample parking! The interior is expansive, offering plenty of bar seating and tables. We were in a hurry, so we tried a few samplers, and there’s a wide variety to suit every palate!
The Riverhead Cider house is now one of our very favorite places to visit on Long Island. Live music in a very large venue with two huge rooms and a smaller one also. The Cider is amazing!!!
