I’m not really a fan of the food here. I've visited your restaurant several times and tried a variety of dishes from the menu. I’m not sure how a chef salad could go wrong, but it did. The patty melt was exactly how I ordered it, but the bread was burnt. The quesadilla was disappointing. On the bright side, the service has always been satisfactory, and the staff are fantastic!
Went last night with a group of 5 ordered our food 10 minutes after we got sat. 2 of us got our food an hour and a half later. The other 3 got there food 30minutes after that...then we asked how long on our togo burger which was being rushed . waited another 20 minutes for that. We understand being busy and short staffed but 2 hours for burgers and a wrap, is ridiculous!
I absolutely loved my visits to this restaurant! I used to come here more frequently, but during my last few visits, I heard that they’ve been “short staffed.” I really hope that by my next visit, they’ve managed to hire more help! I would definitely come more often if it didn’t take 1-2 hours to get the DELICIOUS food we order!
Food is fine but I think it's absolutely ridiculous that my 1/2 order of fried chicken came out faster than my jumbo pretzel. The whole point of ordering a appetizer is to eat it prior to my meal, maybe this is just how things are up here in Ramsey! Réservez une table maintenant
We rented there party room and had a great time. Corina was awesome taking care of us all night long. Lane was great to work with setting it up and Ally was awesome, Getting us started. Highly recommend if you need a party room. Food was great.
Rediscovered this place a few months ago. We have been here about 9 times since. In other words, we feel welcomed and really comfortable here. The burgers are some of the best we have had. Tots are also great. We have always had great service.
Visited twice in the last few months. The first time the bartender and server completely ignored us for 15 minutes before we left. Decided to give a second chance. Same thing happened. It was weird. Like they just didn’t want to be bothered.
Best place in the area of Ramsey and Anoka. My favorite bartender Casey…. First he has a great personality, if you don’t know what to drink just ask for the famous Linzalini….. it taste great. The pizza and wings are great too. Réservez une table maintenant
This place is absolutely amazing! I really enjoy spending time here! The staff is outstanding—attentive and friendly! Every item on the menu is fantastic! Whenever someone asks me where to go, I always recommend Riversbend!
