I really love this restaurant and the food is fantastic. However, I recently called to inquire about handicap access for a group of about nine people. I completely understand that some places may not be able to accommodate my request, so I simply asked how many low-top tables they might have available. Unfortunately, the woman on the phone was quite rude. She bluntly replied that they couldn't accommodate my request and told me to go elsewhere. Then, she added, "It's really busy here, do you need anything else?" and hung up. This experience definitely tarnished my fondness for this place.
Went in, sat at the bar, and some old bartender ignored me for 15 minutes because I was younger. I walked out without anyone even acknowledging me. Place wasn’t even busy. All I wanted was a drink and I always tip 100%. That’s why you’re still working at 65, old lady, keep flirting with those old dudes and ignoring everyone else. Check my other reviews and notice this is the only place I’ve ever reviewed badly… this place is special ? Happened on April 10th around 8pm. Bartender was almost 6ft tall, grey hair.
I was in for bingo Sunday, Easter, with a friend who's a vulnerable adult . Immediately when we sat down at a table the chair collapsed, a screw fell out luckily my friend hung onto the table to save from falling getting hurt. Instead of being sympathy the owner came over told my friend maybe he should order a salad!!!! He was EXTREMELY embarrassed this made him feel horrible. Been a regular bingo customer for years but really now rethinking if I want to come back again
The food was fantastic, but the service left much to be desired. The server bringing food to the tables seemed completely oblivious to his surroundings. As he was delivering food to another table, the BBQ sauce tipped over and was spilling everywhere. I tried to get his attention to warn him, but he just kept walking and ended up spilling BBQ sauce all over my husband and his jacket. He was totally unaware!

Not impressed with the quality of food. I ordered the walkeye sandwich..very over cooked and dry. The resolution from the manager was to discount my meal by $6.00 and charge me for the fries...as much as we eat out, this is one of the worst management ways to resolve an issue. We won't go back.
Great spot to pop onto and grab a beer and a bite. The burgers are amazing and the staff if friendly and makes an effort to remember you on each visit.

If you're in town come grab a drink and a bite to eat here. Love everything about this place.
