Wow ordered to go last night online went into the store asked for my food mind you it was late i think I was the only customer in the store all staff was standing behind the counter doing nothing the girl asked my name for my order even opened my bag I thought she was accounting for what I ordered to make sure it was all in the bag got home and they forgot my rice pudding no problem so I called and asked for a refund for the rice pudding that I didn’t receive the woman on the phone told me oh people just grab it out of the desert case but I will still give you a refund though..made it seem like it was my fault she didn’t put my desert in my bag that I ordered and already paid for lol I have...
After checking out the previous reviews, I opted for the crab dishes. The crab pretzel is absolutely incredible! Since moving to the East Coast, I've tried various Maryland crab dishes, always hoping for something exceptional, only to be let down. But this—this is the real deal! The pretzel is a large one, topped with their crab cake mixture. It's soft, creamy, and truly exceeded my expectations for a pizzeria. I also tried the three stuffed shrimp, which are butterflied shrimp filled with the crab cake mixture. I could only finish one because it was so rich, and once again—I was blown away!
The chef at the flat top grilling cheesesteaks deserves a raise, as they did an excellent job. However, the spaghetti and meat sauce tasted like watered-down tomato soup, and that chef might need to be let go. Overall, I would rate the food a 3, the service a 4, and the atmosphere a 5.
