I've been in this hotel for one week in the middle of June. You can hear polish language very often here on the streets during this time. Most of the hotel's employees not the room maids can speak different languages: Dutch, Czech, English. One lady in the dining room even speaks polish. The hotel rooms are very nice, clean and have dark curtains. The AC is working fine. One noticeable thing is that the the shower has no doors. The room service is being done every day. You can get rooms with a view on another hotel which has some loud AC on the roof , or from the swimming pool's side, where there's loud music from the other hotel most of the time. You get only Spanish channels in the TV. WiF...
We spent 10 days on half board, with 2 adults in a small room. +The room wasn't very spacious, but it was modernly decorated, neat, regularly serviced and quite attractive. I particularly loved the lighting. +The central air conditioning worked well, and there was a small refrigerator. -The WC was in the small room and wasn't separated for noise and odor, if you know what I mean. -The bathroom lacked a proper door; instead, it had a glass partition that wasn't sufficient, leading to water spilling on the floor and causing inconvenience. -The noise from the floor easily comes into the room, especially at midnight. +The restaurant was perfect, offering a great variety of food for both breakfas...
Hotel Riviera is located in an excellent position in Santa Susanna. You pass a street that is not busy and you are already on a beautiful beach. The hotel is clean and tidy and has 4 stars. It has a beautiful swimming pool which is also clean. The staff is extremely friendly and very hard working. The meals are very varied. Dinner has a large selection of various meats and seafood. A small complaint is about Wi-Fi, which does not work in some parts of the hotel, for example. by the pool. Warmly recommend!
Great hotel. Clean, modern, good service at the reception. Rooms are cleaned every day. You need to go through an underground passage to the sea, but it is very close about 5 minutes. The hotel is located on a very busy tourist street. The pool is small, the water is not heated. There is only one significant problem loud music from the neighboring hotel until late at night. excellent treatment of all your staff and spectacular food, a special mention to the Brazilian chef who made some crabs and an exquisite seafood on Saturday and every day, of course. and to our refueling station that with only 22 years was delighting us with some very good pies. bartenders and charming cleaning service. I have two complaints, one, put posters that can't book hammocks in the pool, there are my lords that people go down to the pool early put the towels in the hammocks they want and leave and when you want to cook one or not, or the sun. my second complaint, about the yenito cook with glasses that is in the grill at breakfast, person not clean at all in place,
It's very good to go to the family, but I think the dining room disappeared more personal. collapsed immediately. In breakfast we ran out of bakery and said they didn't have any more. the pool is very well the only bad thing is that people reserve the hammocks and you find the hammocks all occupied and very few people in the pool.
