If I could, I would give this restaurant a perfect 10 stars! The food was outstanding, but it was the flawless timing and attentive service that will keep me coming back whenever I'm in Rochester. I’m disappointed in my best friend for not introducing me to this place sooner. I don’t like feeling rushed while dining, and the impeccable pacing of each course allowed me to savor my meal without ever feeling hungry. I had ample time to relax and engage in conversation between courses. Now, let’s talk about the food: the bacon-wrapped scallops were exquisite, the cream of mushroom soup was the best I’ve ever had, and the shrimp scampi was simply perfect.
I had an absolutely terrible experience at Rizzis, and I would give it zero stars if I could. The customer service was appalling. When we arrived, we were waiting for some friends who were running late, so we decided to grab a drink at the bar next door. To our shock, just 10 minutes later, I found out that my car was being towed from the Rizzis parking lot by Seton. When we returned to speak with the owner, he claimed he had seen us leave our car and called the towing company without any sympathy whatsoever. We will definitely not be dining here again. Both the food, service, and atmosphere all deserve a rating of 1.
Now that I've set the scene, let's get to my review. The service is TOP NOTCH, and the quality and flavor of both the entrées and appetizers are outstanding. The restaurant shines in cleanliness and attention to detail. I ordered the Veal Parmigiano, and I can confidently say it’s the best I've ever had! And don’t forget to order a side of meatballs—you'll be pleasantly ASTOUNDED by what arrives at your table! Bon appétit!
The service at this restaurant was mediocre, and the bartender appeared to lack experience. The cocktails were not worth the $15 price tag and were subpar. As for the food, it was merely acceptable, offering only one vegetarian option—the fettuccine alfredo—which was excessively greasy and not enjoyable. There are far better Italian restaurants in Rochester, so I won't be coming back here.

As for the food and service, they were very disappointing. The zucchini served as a side with my chicken Marsala had a strange metallic flavor, and the calamari was covered in an incredibly thick layer of breading. On top of all that, everything took an eternity to arrive. This experience was truly unbelievable. Neither I nor anyone I know will ever return here again.
Now, let’s discuss the food: the bacon-wrapped scallops were incredible, and the cream of mushroom soup was the best I’ve ever had—literally! The shrimp scampi was perfection as well.

I waited almost two hours for my dinner, while other customers who arrived after me were served first. Eventually, I received a salad with apple cider vinegar and oregano, which prompted me to leave. I was seated at the back of the restaurant, and I feel that this establishment is discriminatory.
