Jheemece was super sweet and was able to provide great service with a warm smile. The ladies at the airport location (terminal b) are super efficient. The line I stood in was super long and I thought it would be at least a 45 minute wait. It only took 10 and that’s with people order food and lattes.

Iisha S. Was wonderful! It’s 6:45AM and she had a bubbly and energetic energy that made our morning. The line was long and I’m sure they were overwhelmed but you wouldn’t be able to tell based on their customer service. The coffee shop as great and Iisha was even better!

Not really a coffee drinker but on a connection I needed a boost. I happened to stumble upon Roast, so glad I tried it! The vanilla latte is sweet but not too sweet, so it's easy to drink. Not too much foam, and the ladies behind the counter were super kind and patient!

Great coffee by Barista Lala. Quick, accurate, coffee made perfectly without the need to add anything. Both my husband and I were pleasantly surprised and will definitely return. Dani was cordial and extremely helpful with pastry descriptions! Keep up the good work.

It’s 7 in the morning and I needed to grab a quick coffee before boarding my flight and Brittany was so sweet efficient and her energy is contagious. Coming off a 10 hour flight she was the perfect energy. Best customer service ever. Rebecca says thank you!

In a busy place, Darius Watts took time to bring us napkins before we needed them, clear our plates and have the most infectious smile! He was pure joy!
