Roast Coffee House

My review isn’t really about the coffee house itself, but rather about a concessions employee named Darius Watts, who is truly a ray of sunshine! I watched him as he moved around cheerfully, cleaning and greeting the customers seated around him. His smile and positive energy were infectious, making me feel genuinely happy just watching him work his magic. I wish there were a way to duplicate his wonderful personality; the world could use a lot more people like him. Thank you, Darius!

Before my early morning flight, I stopped by Peet’s for a cup of coffee and breakfast. I wasn’t expecting the following things to occur. Excellent customer service provided by Brittany, outstanding quality, warm welcome and overall polite staff! Of all the times I’ve travelled in the morning and grabbed coffee, this was my favorite interaction. Brittany was very personable!

It’s 7 in the morning and I needed to grab a quick coffee before boarding my flight and Brittany was so sweet efficient and her energy is contagious. Coming off a 10 hour flight she was the perfect energy. Best customer service ever. Rebecca says thank you!

Experience at Atlanta airport was wonderful! Fast, efficient, and Brittany was super friendly and helpful at 7:15AM, a great pick me up.
