What a wonderful tradition that derived and survived from the former jewish community in Laupheim by this great bakery: „Challah“ as it is mostly called in the US or as we say in the south of Germany „Berches“ … enjoy it with butter and fresh strawberry jam it’s the best breakfast treat on weekends!

How can you not accept EC card payment in the present time, that is Finsteres Middle Ages. Brezeln are the best in the area.

Best bakery in Laupheim!! Living now outwards, but during a visit to Laupheim I always take Bercher u Souls home.

Very tasty, but by its popularity very full on weekends. Unfortunately a little expensive.
