We stayed in the hotel because we were there on Monday. Basically a nice hotel with small deficiencies. The dining room is very clock-like and the wood paneling with the carvings is really eye-catching and the tables are beautifully rustic, which I personally really liked. You go to the rooms on the 3rd floor via a beautiful old staircase which has its charm. The rooms themselves are small and cozy with a toilet, shower and washbasin completely sufficient. One point deducted for me is that the mattresses are too soft. Plus point you can smoke on the balcony (facing the street) . Unfortunately for me personally the biggest drawback is that breakfast wasn't outstanding, there was sliced briosc...
What a great discovery. Warm setting, absolutely divine fondue, not to mention the meringue dessert with double cream. Special mention for our adorable waitress Solveig who is efficient, professional and gives good advice. Just go ahead
We ate a spectacular fondue!!!!! The price quite reasonable within the Swiss prices... The service very good, we were served by a girl who also spoke Spanish and was very kind to us.
Not the place reserved in advance..., fondue which has gone bad....but edible, the kitchen tried to take it back but not great...no small commercial gesture following that...

Great place whether food, service or location. If you like Gruyères culinary specialties e.g. fondue, this is the place to go.
Another great time at the Tivoli. And its crusts... a real treat! Without forgetting the vermicelli for dessert
