Went here tonight, recieved the worst customer service, Was given our food after about 30 minutes of waiting, then was left to wait for another 30 mins for gravy that was sitting on the bench the whole time, in result leaving our food freezing Cold, and then to find multiple bones in my barramundi, cold burnt chips and uncooked potato scallops. Wouldn't waste your time or money. Other than that, there was one young lady who was friendly and apologetic about the others and the wait.
So delicious! Got a crumbed hoki with chips, fish was cooked beautifully and flaking apart, freshly fried and so tasty. Chips were amazing beer battered fat chips and also straight out of the fryer! Potato scallop was also delicious, with yummy chicken salt too. Tartare definitely homemade and you can taste it! So worth going over to robina for and definitely worth the price! My Mother is the female version of Gordon Ramsey and she just gave her Barramundi and Chips a 9/10. Cooked to absolutely perfection. The crumb, the chips even the tartare sauce is perfect. I had the Hoki and chips and prawn cutlets again absolutely perfect. Best fish n chips in our local area for sure. Staff are also lovely and speedy with orders.
Just waited over an hour for our food and naturally when we got home noticed they gave us a completely incorrect order. We asked for crumbed fish and pretty much got 3 pieces of pure batter. Worst fish and chips I have ever had in my entire life. Do not waste your time or money. Réservez une table maintenant
Fish and chips were nice, above average I'd say. Unfortunately the spring roll was not the normal fish and chips spring roll (Marathon ones). Instead it was a traditional spring roll. I couldn't eat it. Wish I knew because I wouldn't have bought it otherwise. Dim sims were okay.
Good food and friendly and quick service. We need to support local businesses and especially this fish shop as it is the only one in Robina. I have no ties with the owners and was happy to at last find a local fish shop in Robina.
if i could give this place 100 stars i would best customer service ever! employees are so nice, definitely recommend coming and checking it out, food isn’t expensive. so so good!!
