Returned for a family meal. Last visited seven years ago! Not disappointed. Seven of us greeted warmly. Decided on a set meal with some extras. Really nice food, lovely genuine staff we were there for three and a half hours! Because we were so relaxed and enjoying the evening. Will definitely be returning and will try some of the less common dishes. Visited Saturday 16th March.
Very friendly and very busy for a Tuesday night. The food tonight was all good, especially the dumplings, satay, and char sui pork. The shredded beef was slightly too sweet for me and a bit too similar to the shredded chicken starter. This was all from the western half of the menu; next time I'm keen to try the traditional szechuan and northeastern Chinese part of the menu.

This is a fantastic restaurant! The modern decor creates a lovely atmosphere, and the seating is very comfortable. The staff is incredibly friendly, and they offer an amazing "everything they like" menu for just £20 per person. The portion sizes are generous, and the food is absolutely delicious. You can't go wrong with this place!
Finally, a truly authentic Chinese restaurant provided by an experienced head chef trained in Sichuan cuisine and with roots in north west China. Skip the to the back of the menu for the authentic dishes including fresh sea bass in fragrant oil and other regional classics. Highly recommended and will be a regular visitor.
