The food at this restaurant is great, but the service leaves much to be desired. I came for lunch and was impressed with the delicious food, particularly the Meatball Sub which was hot and cheesy with plenty of meatballs. However, I was disappointed when I tried the chicken parm, as it was just okay. When I visited with my family, the service was subpar. Although we were seated and served quickly, our server got almost every aspect of our order wrong. When we pointed out the mistakes, the server did not offer to replace the incorrect items. Order pizza as a walk in, found long strand of HAIR in my food as they watched me eat my pizza from there window while I was I'm the car. I politely took the box back in and showed them. THEY KNEW WHAT THEY DID WRONG ahead of time, gave my money back, but with a HORRIBLE attitude. Once that happened he gave more of attitude even more when pushed the money in my hand. So was getting ready to walk away with the box to trash it, He had got smart with me and I said it's not my hair that was found in the BOX ..ITS YOUR HAIR. You can put the box in 5he trash, I didn't give you attitude or put HAIR in your food. And he KNEW IT WAS HI HAIR!!! No more ROCCOS...not with COVID and HAIR TOO!!! Damn!

love a waitress that she is so nice to me and my children when I bring my crew in! we love pepperoni sticks and stuffed cheese steak pizza slices. but yesterday I ordered a 1/2 tablet of chickens for picking up in 5 hours and they came thru. ready at 5, hot and so much more than expected. so kind when I called! it is our way to the place! I must try chicken cutlet club sandwich, pesto mayo is so good!

we had no bad experience yet. everything was well cooked, tasteful. I think the prices are also quite reasonable. the only side would be the parking space, and that would not be so bad with the go in the back anyway. Réservez une table maintenant

The cashier just stared at me when I ordered and didn't tell me the total amount. I assumed the number on the register was my total, even though I had never seen her before. The food was delicious as always.

When I came from jersey, I bought a panzarotti and thought it was the right thing. what I got was a folded, oily pizza with sauce on the side in a cup. mrs. tarantini turns in her dig?
