Rockaberry - Réservation de table

I really love the cheesecake at this restaurant, but unfortunately, the service is quite lacking. We asked to have a slice of cheesecake set aside for us, and they assured us it would be reserved. When we arrived, though, we were told that there were no slices left. Initially, the staff member suggested we must have called the wrong location to make the reservation. After clarifying that we had indeed called the right place, he then said that they don't actually reserve slices. Why didn't anyone mention this when we first asked? It was quite disappointing. To make matters worse, he didn’t apologize or take responsibility for the mistake.

I had a craving for pie, and even though I’ve visited this restaurant multiple times, they never have the key lime pie I desire. Still, I decided to sit down. As usual, they neglected to provide utensils and napkins, didn’t check on us, and failed to refill our water. I ended up having to get up and request to place our order. When the food finally arrived, they brought the wrong soup. It took another 30 minutes to get the correct one, and by that time, the bread on my sandwich was rock-hard and inedible. I was really let down.

I ordered veggie nachos through DoorDash, but when they arrived, they were burnt. I went into the restaurant, and while they were able to refund the nachos, I felt frustrated. If I had wanted to pick them up myself, I would have, which would have saved me time waiting for the food, the DoorDash fee, and the tip. It just doesn't seem fair that I have to waste both time and money over a mistake that could have easily been resolved. I would share a picture of the food, but I’m not sure how to do that.

I just had a slice of the new blueberry lemon cake that my coworker brought, and I have to admit, I'm quite disappointed. The portion was really small for the price! They used to offer a much more reasonable slice, but what I got today was just pathetic. Réservez une table maintenant

I hadn't been to the location on Sources in a while since the one on Monkland is more convenient for me. The pies were huge! Although the prices are a little steep, the generous portion sizes make it worth it.

The Caramel Sea Salt Latte with oat milk was absolutely delightful, and it paired perfectly with a delicious serving of strawberry shortcake. Together, they made for a wonderful afternoon indulgence.

The prices have increased significantly, and the portion sizes of the pies have slightly decreased. Nonetheless, the pies remain delightful.

The service was outstanding, but the desserts were rather average. Furthermore, the patio is essentially located in the parking lot. Réservez une table maintenant

We tried some smoothies, and they were simply amazing. We also indulged in a slice of heaven: the caramel cheesecake!

I celebrated my birthday here, and the apple crumble pie was incredible! I will definitely be coming back!
