Rocket Bakery was always a must stop, on any visit to St. John’s or Mount Pearl. It is sad to see how much the quality and service has dropped off, even since our last visit in 2021.It took at least 20 minutes to get our coffee when there were barely any people in the store. They didn’t offer to warm up the cinnamon bun or scone, which used to be asked. Both tasted hard and dry which may have been improved by hearing them. The cold brew, when it finally arrived, tasted off, in that it was extremely bitter.My daughter had the breakfast sandwich on a biscuit, because they were out of the croissants by noon. Enjoyed the decor of the place. The funky older style works well with everything being served. I had tried their house coffee, and it was pretty nice. I had a blueberry scone, and it had a nice balance of crisp and soft textures. I only wished there weremore blueberries. We were going to try a pumpkin flakey as pumpkin is my favourite. Unfortunately, they didn't change theirsign, and it was another flavour : So I noticed the day olds and was told there was a pumpkin. So I bought them only to findout it was blueberry as well : So I had a few hiccups here and another not worth mentioning. I had a chicken club wrap and a coffee for lunch, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience. The service was outstanding from the moment I walked in. The atmosphere also added to the appeal. The chicken club wrap was among the best I've ever tasted. I will definitely be stopping by for lunch again, and I’ll make sure to grab a coffee whenever I'm in the area.

Poor management and they can be heard yelling and or belittling they're employees in front of customers! Not very friendly and welcoming and doesn't make us want to sit down and enjoy anything at that point. But the croissants taste like they're from the freezer and dried out ? don't recommend at all
Great place for a quick lunch, relax with a coffee and a dessert, scone, etc. One of our favourite places to visit regularly.
This is one of my favorite spots for lunch! They have delicious sandwich choices and charming decor.
A cute place with wonderful staff, great coffee, and amazing pastries.
