My husband and I were looking for a local place to hangout, and found this cute location at the corner. The menu had several healthy and delicious choices that included smoothies, acai bowls, coffees, and cold pressed juices as well as salads, soups, and freshly baked goods.We were greeted by a young, friendly staff member, and I ordered a Berry Delicious Smoothie which was true to its name.We sat inside by the window in a seating area enough to fit twelve customers to enjoy our drinks. We were even offered a delicious homemade chocolate chip cookie! A definite sweet surprise.I definitely recommend this place for a quick healthy drink/meal, and to support local businesses in town.
I wasn't sure about the food at this restaurant, but there is a man working there who is either the manager or owner. He needs to be more attentive as I was there to pick up a delivery order. I was trying to explain to him about an issue with the location shown on the app, but he did not listen and instead yelled at me. They need to show more humility - this is not how a business should be run. I have encountered similar issues at other restaurants, but I have never come across someone as arrogant as him.
Today, we went to Rocking Roots where Chef Michael and his team of amazing ladies prepared a delicious lunch for us. We tried the avocado toast with greens and the falafel wrap, both were fresh, served quickly, and absolutely delicious! We were very impressed and will definitely be returning. The vegetarian options were also great with the possibility of substitutions. Well done!
I visited this restaurant three days ago. Unfortunately, some of the staff and the manager were quite arrogant. I do not plan on returning to a place where I felt humiliated. It's important to remember that customers should always come first. There are plenty of other options out there with better attitudes and more affordable prices.

Great spot for shakes, smoothies, salads, sandwiches. My kids love the açaí and pitaya bowls! Friendly staff and most friendly and hard-working owner. Chef Mike is always so easy to work with when ordering his delicious catering!
Called here last minute to order a platter of baked goods for a morning meeting. I spoke to the owner directly and they were amazing and the food was great! Looking forward to going back here.
Rockin Roots is a great cafe for lunch or a quick bite in town. The ingredients are fresh and the food is all very tasty.
Love this place, I'd recommend anything here but my absolute favorite are the almond croissants!
