I had been excited to try Rockstar Lobster, especially after enjoying lobster rolls in Vegas, but I left quite disappointed. After waiting over 30 minutes for two lobster tacos, they arrived barely filled. Even combining both, it didn’t amount to a full taco’s worth of lobster. The lobster itself was dry, which was frustrating considering the $13 price tag. The taco shells were also dry and fragile, making them hard to eat. It felt like there was a lack of care in how the food was prepared. I really wanted to support this local spot, but knowing what I know now, I wouldn’t have spent a dollar. Maybe my 15% tip was too low for a food truck, or maybe I just had bad luck.

After waiting for more than half an hour for 2 lobster tacos, I got practically empty tacos. I combined them andstill didn?t fill 1 taco. Lobster was very dry and for $13 it was very upsetting. Taco shell was also very dry, it just brokeso I didn?t even get to eat it. I guess they don?t toast it or anything...tasted cold and right off a bag. Wanted to supportlocal business but had I known, I wouldn?t even spend $1. Maybe 15% tip on food truck food was not enough or just had a real badluck.
I'm from Massachusetts and recently visited Maine, hoping to enjoy a lobster roll at Rockstar Lobster. Unfortunately, I was very disappointed. After months of anticipation, the lobster roll I received was overpriced bread with hardly any lobster. I spent $50 on my order, which included fried mozzarella sticks that turned out to be hollow. They also forgot my daughter's sandwich, and to make matters worse, they didn't provide a receipt, so they refused to honor the payment I had made. The menu fell far short of expectations.
The food at Rockstar Lobster was quite disappointing. The frozen fries weren't fully cooked, so I had to finish cooking them at home. I've had better from other food trucks. The quality of the menu needs improvement. I ordered the haddock, which was okay, but it was supposed to be a sandwich and arrived without a bun. The staff were friendly and polite, so no complaints there—it wasn't their fault. Unfortunately, I won’t be eating here again.

Spent 50$ on food to be left with mozzarella sticks that allthe cheese was fried out of so they were hollow!! They forgot a sandwich I bought for my daughter and they did not give me areceipt so they would not make what I had already paid for.
We had their lobster rolls yesterday, and as someone from Maine, I can say these lobster rolls rivaled anything I’ve had up north. Absolutely delicious! Please bring Rockstar Lobster to Brooksville or further north more often—it’s definitely worth the trip.
My experience at Rockstar Lobster was underwhelming. While the outdoor seating was charming, the interior had a terrible odor that made dining uncomfortable. The food from their menu was just average. This visit was at the Lithia Pincrest location.
I absolutely love this place. The lobster rolls are incredible. My husband and I make it a point to eat here at least once or twice a week. I highly recommend everyone to give it a try—you’ll definitely want to come back.

Not impressed at all. Food was ok. Outside seating was nice....because the inside seating STINKS. The smell is AWEFUL in there. Lithia Pincrest location.
