Only tried it because I heard it was under new ownership (used to be **** it now has new owners, and it 's still ****). In fairness, the fried brie starter I had was lovely and my father really liked his cod whatever they weres. But, I ordered a Caeser salad— I 'm not a salady person, but love me a Caeser. What turned up was a mixed chopped salad with that nasty red bitter lettuce thing included, onion, tomato, the world 's smallest ever soft crutons and a dressing that looked and tasted like it was left over from a 1970s Beefeater Prawn cocktail. Oh, and fresh coriander sprinkled all over it. WTF?!!!! I love coriander, but all over a pretend Caeser salad? No bueno. One bite. Gross. Politely...
First time visiting Rocky's in Nerja. I must say from Arrival to leaving I couldn't fault anything. Seated and drink order taken very quickly served menu explained. Shortly after the server came back and took our Tapa order. Meanwhile a fantastic Spanish guitarist was playing away to entertain us which wasn't intrusive, and was a pleasure to listen to. Our 6 tapas for the two of us arrived all freshly prepared and was a delight to the eyes and the taste buds, that we decided to order 3 more afterwards. We will definitely return to sample their other delights from the Wednesday, Friday and Sunday menu. Also will recommend to all our friends. Well done to the Rocky's Team.
Rocky’s fue absorbido este año y ahora se anuncia como un bar deportivo. Siguen almorzando los domingos, pero no el mismo menú, así que cualquier menú, foto o reseña anterior no es relevante. Han tenido que cerrar dos veces en los últimos dos meses y cancelaron su fiesta de Nochebuena, Almuerzo del Día de Navidad y NYE con poca antelación, ya que han tenido problemas con las inundaciones y la electricidad. No tienen fecha de apertura así que si vienes a San Juan ten en cuenta que puede que no estén abiertos.
Lo siento, no hay fotos para compartir porque tenía demasiada hambre para detenerme y tomar fotos. Para empezar, comí el Brie, seguido del rosbif, que estaba delicioso. Las verduras estaban cocinadas a la perfección y era muy agradable tener tanto los Yorkshire como los roasties hechos en casa. Entonces estaba muy codicioso y comí el pudín de caramelo pegajoso con natillas. No me puedo quejar de nada. Gran servicio también por parte de todo el personal.

Tapas Thursday was excellent great choice and only 2 euros each with generous portions. I chose 5 from the varied options and was full. Lovely setting and well looked after by the team with them being friendly and well organised will definitely be back
Pasé una velada encantadora en la terraza... ¡Excelente servicio y comida deliciosa! Noche de bistec con una excelente relación calidad-precio. Pan de ajo, cena de bistec, solomillo de 330 g y botella de vino por 55 €. Recomiendo este lugar.
