Server was rude hardly was at our table. I paid cash and she just assumed my change was her tip on top of the already added amount. We had to wait 20 mins after asking to be shown deserts and another server came to show us. Horrible service! We were there for a birthday, told her, we were never sung to nor did we get a desert. Won't be coming back
Although you have plenty of "gauchos" working, it seems you could use a few more waitstaff. Michele did a great job, but she was obviously overwhelmed. I didn't see a supervisor around, who is supposed to check on tables. Not once!
First time experience. Service was amazing! The food was okay and the price was really high for food that didn’t have much flavor. The salad bar was underwhelming. The grilled pineapple was so delicious!
My only concern was the person at the door welcoming guests and escorting them to their tables. He seemed a bit unfriendly and appeared not to want to be there. Réservez une table maintenant
The food was quite good, though it had a lot of garlic and was quite salty. The service was excellent, but the atmosphere was very noisy.
