after a long abstinence, it's time I came back to you. I still live, but come to test for professional and private stress at the moment and so I didn't have much opportunity to test restaurants. the 50. Birthday of a very good known (actually almost more family members, quasi an assumed sister) and the associated journey to the Swedish lantern was a welcome opportunity to act again gastronomic. the celebration was in benningen, I have quarters in freiberg. very close to my hotel was the guest house at the rössle, the food offer addressed me so in. it is quite central in Freiberg, parking there was not so many (I could walk from my hotel). I was just there to eat, so I can't rate the room.The service was very nice.I had the Swiss sausage salad with extra bratkartoffeln. the bratkartoffel were really great. the sausage salad was unfortunately only ok because what dressing tasted like the broth in the glass. with proper dressing would also be this top.The portions nicely large and the price quite appropriate.Everything in all of me high.Come again gladly.
