Before the Corona nonsense, I was a regular visitor to the pub. Iconic flair, usually with a good atmosphere and music. A lot has happened since the reopening in 2022. There is usually a change in personnel. I'm less comfortable with business practices. It is completely strange to pay for the drink in advance when ordering. A bar/pub is actually a place where I would like to stay a little longer and if there is a chance I would like to have more than one drink, the immediate cash-in seems very unhospitable. The music has also changed for the worse, but that's a matter of taste. If guests are then allowed to be approached by a belt/purse seller, perhaps the concept should be reconsidered. Wis...
Good beer. There used to be an Irish session there too... that was always really great... maybe it'll come back, then there'll be more stars again . During the last visit there was a Roland Kaiser fan who played endless songs on the music box...not so great. The landlord should intervene.
