I have been here for dinner with my family waiting was long, but I know that people are only short workers, so it's what it is. but when we wanted to pay our bill, I could not believe that the girl that cooked tonight was as rude and dismaying she was in front of the girl, all she did was screaming and swearing at her and then it was about talking about the girl that was still in the back with her, I swear my six-year-old on the side of me and can hear everything she said before. I'm sorry I know people are being held back and stressed, but that wasn't so bad for me that nobody should be treated like that. only from this reason I will never return, although my daughter loves this place.
Hadn't been in yrs but use to luv it. Went in last WK n service was horrible n sadly the servers didn't even know it was bad. I stood for 10 mins at counter with 2 servers in front of me B4 one of them asked me if I was all set. Got a to go n of course it was wrong. The food still tasted good but won't go back because service was just that bad. Maybe the girls had never Ever been servers before, maybe more training is needed. They were not rude just not good. N fyi females the way u speak is so important n don't talk to customers the way u would speak to your friends. I've been in the service industry for over 20yrs so just passing along what works for me. ?
I absolutely adore this restaurant! It's a wonderful spot to enjoy with friends or for a spontaneous date. The staff is friendly and attentive, and they offer a great selection of pet food. Breakfast is available all day, which is fantastic, and the seafood options are excellent. I particularly loved my fish sandwich. For vegetarians, there are plenty of choices like a veggie omelette and quesadilla. As for parking, there are ample spaces available on the street. The restaurant is wheelchair accessible with no stairs, providing easy single-storey access. They also accommodate various dietary restrictions, making it a great choice for everyone!
Horrible service, gonna just go to Faneeks for a while. Sat at a table, asked if I wanted a drink, ordered it... Never asked if I was ready to order when drink brought back a couple mins later.. Waited over 10 min for someone, no luck... Meanwhile people ordering well after I was given at the counter being served immediately. Finally had to get up and stand in line to order. Both hot dogs were wrong, buns barely grilled. Best part was when I was rushed out, feeling awkward as they talk about doing tasks after he leaves and both doors were actually locked... During my visit today, I felt neglected by the staff. The servers seemed to completely ignore us, which was disappointing and reflected poorly on their customer service. When one of them finally approached our table to take our order, she simply asked, "What do you want?" After finishing our meal, we waited half an hour, but no one came by to bring us the bill. Eventually, we had to go upstairs to pay at the front instead of having the convenience of settling it at our table.
Inviting atmosphere, from the staff to the decor. The food was great! We ordered the fish and chips (amazing fish and light batter), burger cooked to perfection(medium) and the onion rings were crispy and tasty. The spaghetti wasn't too bad either. All in all a solid choice and a good time!!
