I was a fan of Roladin for the last 2 years, but recently had an issue with a dish in which the restaurant handled the situation very, very poorly, and the owner was too much of a coward to respond to my email and phone call to discuss. Was it really worth screwing a good, regular customer over a $10 dessert? Apparently so. In all the times I went to Roladin, I never complained once about a single thing. In fact, I've brought other people there. The ONE time I had an issue, and was really nice about it (but thought it should be taken off the check because it wasn't eaten, and wasn't anything like we had ordered many times in the past), Roladin handled it so poorly it turned me off from ever...
We absolutely love this place! The menu is wonderfully eclectic. The fried tilapia and the Kibbutz roasted potatoes salad were outstanding, complemented by a delightful glass of hot mint tea. Our server, Carlos, was exceptional—constantly refilling our bread basket and the spicy carrots appetizer, while ensuring our drinks were topped up and that everything was perfect with our order and overall dining experience. They also offer amazing desserts, including rugelach and an indulgent chocolate-chocolate cake. We've already returned to Roladin for breakfast this morning!
We adore this restaurant for its eclectic menu! The roasted tilapia and the kibbutz roasted potato salad were absolutely fantastic, complemented by a lovely glass of hot mint tea. Our server, Carlos, was outstanding—he diligently refilled our bread basket and spicy carrots, brought us more drinks, and ensured that everything with our order and dining experience was just right. Plus, they have amazing desserts like rugelach and an incredibly decadent chocolate cake. We’ve already returned to Roladin this morning!

Our waiter was outstanding—he provided detailed explanations of the menu options and brought out bread, dips, and drinks while we waited. All four entrées arrived promptly and at the same time, which was impressive. The portions were generous and tasted fantastic, as usual. I also enjoyed watching baseball on their big screen TV. All four of our meals arrived on time and together. The large portions were delicious, as always. I also enjoyed watching baseball on their big TV. We definitely plan to return soon.
