I 've been here 3 or 4 times. Overall the food is good. The staff is friendly. I 've had brisket, hot links and some of the sides. Sides are reasonable portions. They have several sauce options which is nice although the white sauce is odd to me. Meet is small portions. It 's expensive to eat here. Understandably, good BBQ does not come cheap so I don 't expect fast food prices but come on guys, this is really high price for the amount of meat you get. Plus an automatic 3.99% Customer service charge added on to the bill, what 's that for?. Oh yeah... please select your desired tip amount on top of all this. They have a good thing going here but the high price for the amount of meat you get is going to keep me away in the future I think.
8/7/22 I have to try their food today for a coveted event so that I cannot talk about the price or value of food. I can only talk about the quality that was really good. The first thing that came out to me was that they had not cooked over their colored greens, what most places do. Their Mac and cheese had a mixture of seasonings on them, which gave them a good depth of taste. Then there was the meat. Then honey Bourbon sausage was one of the best meat products I ever tasted. I know I'm trying this out in her restaurant when I have the chance to check if it's just as good.
Definitely should've got extra burnt ends. Not because it's a small portion, but because they're delicious! The first bbq joint to remind me of home in quite some time! Everything we ordered was delicious, and we tried 5 different meats. Only place I'll go from now on!
