I traveled around columbia and found it very difficult to get any kind of vegan dessert, especially when it is hot, everything they want is ice. Finally I found somewhere that makes ice with natural fruit and soy milk. they have an interesting process that is cool to watch and do their best to accommodate them. I didn't like to use a plastic spoon to eat the ice. it would be nice if they offered them the opportunity to eat in business with reusable cutlery or had a kind of compostable spoon. the aromen were good, but I would say the price was quite expensive considering how much you get it. it is a new business that was created by a young guy and it felt good to support him. For 17,500 COP I have 11 small pieces of a kind of semi-failed vegan sushi. Not nearly enough to fill an anemic sperm. According to Girasoles (by far the best and most valuable option on Cartagena), this is a demolition. They had 2 more options (one with fried plant anes, yuk), but I will never know because I will never go there again. Owner is a big young American who thinks it's OK to offer 2 crumbs for 17.5k COP. Oh and the interior is a rugged, nasty place where it smells like fried meat and fish. Avoid!

they have three or four vegan sushi rolls. it is pricy, it is sushi, it is delicious. but the parts are small. unfortunately they serve a lot of single use plastic. take them atmosphere, friendly staff.
