absolutely worst experience in a restaurant, avoid them at all costs. I've been parade for over 20 years, but since the pre-paremy no longer. I don't know what happened or why, but I can tell them they stopped taking care of their customer experience. Sunday at 1:00 a.m., party of 5....short occupied place was completely empty when we arrived. hostess jenna was the only good thing for the place, she was sweet helpful and apologetic, as well as our waitress. but the actual “Waitress” was absent, short, rude and argumentatiw. everything we sat, wait, mistakes in our order, everything happened. appetizer and salads came out at the same time, 10 minutes later we just started to eat salads and th...
I grew up enjoying Roma pizza, but after reading some negative reviews, I was hesitant to try it again after a while. When I inquired about gluten-free options, the person I spoke with on the phone was very helpful and recommended the cauliflower crust. That evening, I ordered a cauliflower crust pizza with half cheese and half with mushrooms and pepperoni. It was absolutely delicious! I'm usually cautious about ordering pizza because I need to eat gluten-free, but I highly recommend this place. You won't be disappointed!
We had a great experience at this restaurant. The waitress was very friendly, and there were plenty of appealing options on the menu. They had a special tonight featuring twin lobsters! My wife ordered the chicken eggplant parmigiana, while I chose the seafood combination. We both had leftovers to take home, as the portions were generous enough for another meal.
My husband and I celebrated our anniversary here this evening. We got cheesecake (it was delicious) even without toppings. And two pies. I was surprised we ordered two small pies and they were huge we didn’t even make a dent in one. Took more cheesecake to go! And our servers were so kind and friendly! would not eat here again if there was the last restaurant on the earth. not sure how an Italian restaurant baked ziti or baked lasagne can screw, but roma did. waitstaff did not seem to work and not sure why there was a host, as there were in the 2 hours we were about 12 people in the building.
The seafood combination was extremely unappetizing; it tasted like the red sauce came straight from a can. The seating area was also unclean. The only positive aspect of the visit was that the waitress was somewhat charming. I would advise against wasting your money or time at this restaurant.
