Roma Bakery And Pizzeria

The worst customer service I have had in a while and secondly the pizza and chicken tender were ever worse. After calling to speak to management the same guy who has no customer service skills tried to say he was the owner and didn't even say sorry once but went ahead and said *oh wow really* this place is a NO GO Bad Service and Even Bad food. If I could I would put a negative star but hopefully this gets to the owners and they let YEHIA Know he needs to learn manners and respect customers before acting all big and bad.

I was a little cautious about ordering food here, but I'm surprised how well they made the chicken parmesan sandwich I ordered recently. It was very well done for the price. I dont usually write these kind of reviews but I made an execption this time because of the good service.

The best baked goods! Roma bakery is my go to spot in metro detroit for the best pizza, peperoni rolls, cheese and Zaatar pies.

The pizza was good lots of nice lovely cheese. I also got the salad with the house dressing and it was wonderful.
