After cheering on the Rams at a game, my friend and I headed to Roma Cocina in downtown Fullerton for a much-needed meal. The ambiance of the restaurant was immediately welcoming and set the stage for a great dining experience. Upon arrival, we were pleasantly surprised to be seated at the bar right away, without any wait. This seamless service continued throughout our visit. The staff were attentive and friendly, making us feel at home from the moment we sat down. For starters, we ordered the calamari appetizer, which was a delightful beginning to our meal. I always go here when I’m looking forward to high quality pasta, amazing customer service, and a beautiful atmosphere! And yesterday, Roman Cucina just made my day by helping out my birthday celebration! I went here with 7 people and we all enjoyed the delicious martinis and the food! Shoutout to the server named Tracy for being the nicest server and recommending us the best menu items. 10/10 would go here again and again!

I don’t know what’s changed but the food was not good as it once was. I was in fact really surprised how bad the pastas tasted (extremely bland, stale tasting, oversized portions). The pasta was sooooooo bad (we got the Rosa sauce one). The dmitri salad was delicious but I wish they used a good quality olive oil instead, you could taste the cheap oil in the vinaigrette.

This is a great spot for any occasion! Their specials are always delicious, I love it when they have ravioli specials! If you like spice and seafood, the pasta Gianni is delicious. Réservez une table maintenant

Always solid. Try the meatball sub, chicken parmigiana, or the shrimp with lemon cream sauce. The tiramisu is a must for dessert as well.
