I never in my life left a review on anywhere but this was absolutely terribly please do not waste your money. Used to be my favorite Italian spot. Now one of the worst I’ve ever been too. Made a reservation 2 hours ahead of time. Still waited 30 minutes when they weren’t even busy. Waitress was bothered to even take our drink order and was grunting in annoyance for simply taking our order. I saw other tables sending their food back for it being cold and the waitress rudely responding to them. After we got our food we never saw her again until she walked past and just threw the check on our table. The bruschetta was cut up piece of toast with cream cheese and diced tomatoes that looked rancid...
My visit was 3/1/2024 shortly after 6pm. A couple of us chose to eat at this restaurant after a long week of work. Please allow me to say, Mrs. Sahzaya our server was a total delight and very professional. I enjoy talking to people who love what they do and she clearly does. I wanted to try some besides lasagna and she recommended the spaghetti with meatballs. In my mind I am thinking, two meatballs with a lot of spaghetti and sauce. I am not ashamed to admit I was so wrong. Please see the photos below. The presentation alone was a pleasant surprise. my best friend took me to this place for the first time and insisted that it would be great, she was not wrong! there were not many people when we arrived which came as a surprise to me later on because of how good the food was, i ordered the calamari and the carmela’s rigatoni and usually for me et every place i eat there is a lack of spices and flavor but that was not the case at all! great food i definitely recommend you try it out it was great! 10/10 experience
Worst restaurant experience. This place is dead on the weekend and I see why. The service is slow and non existent there is no one here and yet had to wait 15 mins for a table. I got spaghetti and meatballs and had hardly any sauce and the noodles were not cooked fully. The atmosphere is little to none and they don’t even have apple or google pay they are way behind. This is the second and last time I will go to this restaurant. The first time we visited, the utensils were dirty, and unfortunately, we encountered the same issue today, leading us to request plastic ones. Additionally, when I went to the restroom, the smell of urine almost made me throw up. The hostess appeared very unhappy and cranky. Honestly, this is a place I won’t be returning to.
We walked in, wasn't greeted by anyone and so we sat at the empty bar. There were 3 members of staff around the bar that completely ignored us. We asked if there was anyone serving the bar and one girl said she was but she picked up the broom to sweep. After eventually receiving the menus we decided to leave. Only to be flipped off by the bar maid who was still sweeping.... don't go here
Waitress was not very attentive which is not the norm there. Went for lunch on Valentines Day and got the special. Food was very good and chocolate decadence was other worldly. Our place to go for all holidays. Going for my birthday on Monday! Réservez une table maintenant
