the food was good, but ... several items were not available; I ordered something that contained a drink, and they had no icy as the machine was down. I don't drink limonade or limonade, so I just had water. similar happened last time I went: many were out of service, so we could not order anything that needed one of them, i.e. a baked kartoffel. the girl took our order, but the (younger) people at the table next to us had to order from the table gadget. we all had to pay on the same place and we had commanded three so that they could not work. so frustrating. we said it was because of covid. no, it's a transition to less customer service! Last night he was there and had a bad experience. when I spoke with justin (the manager) to fix my order, he spoke in a ground in a way that said unprofessional. the server molly was amazingly so apologetic on the manager behavior. sad if a worker has to apologize for her boss. I was never in a restaurant where the manager looks so unprofessional. if justin manager is for the layer in which they visit. find them somewhere else to eat. if they decide to stay as a molly as a server. She's amazing.
This was the worst experience I've ever had at chilis. First. The order wasn't filled correctly. Then when I was eating my food I found the piece of plastic in it! Gave it to the server to show the manager, and the manager never said anything. Anything. I expected at least a 1% reduction in my bill at the end, but it was nothing. Chilis is one of my favorite place to go and I frequent it often, but now I'm going to think twice before going. The server was awesome.
that is the bar we visited before our devastating holy evening. dinner with my family. are bartender was really nice and she served us very cold and very fresh beer. I paid $6 for a 22-oz blue moon and I was never happier. I wish my family made me as happy as this chilies.
