Went last night and it was busy which wasn't a problem since we go to this chili's alot we know how it gets when it's busy. However this time was different. Our server came by three times the whole hour and a half we were there and when she came bye she rolled her eyes while we ordered and seemed like she didn't care. We didn't get silverware except 2 plates with our appetizers and the 2 spoons with our soups which were dirty and we couldn't even find our server to try to get clean items. We had asked a few people to grab our server for us so we could get more of our drinks or if we could get silverware to eat our main meal. But we didn't see her until it was time for the check. My party of 4 was seated quickly on a Sunday evening. After a pretty long wait we finally received 3 of our 4 entrees with no mention of the missing entree. After we brought it to the servers attention she said she would check on it . Some time later wewere told the item was made wrong and being remade. About another 20 minutes later the item came out but was wrong and everyoneelse was pretty much done eating. Brought it to the attention of the manager who clearly didn 't care and needs some training incustomer service. Maybe this is part of the reason why there was no wait here and 45 minutes at Texas Roadhouse. Next time we 'llwait it out and probably have a more enjoyable experience.
Chili's disappointed. Shady staff doesn't tell you they don't have a full menu until you are very invested and committed. They don't have a full menu and the items my party was craving weren't available. Personally I ordered a. Owl of delicious chili. Iordered the Santa Fe chicken salad without avocado, no sour cream or pico. The chicken chipotle was great. Although the overallsalad was very cold. The coffee was good.
We were generally pleased with the experience. Our main suggestion is that this traditional Thanksgiving menu was missing a couple items. Specifically, yams and cranberry sauce as additional options. What was included on the entree was fine (turkey, stuffing, potatoes, vegetables), but we felt it was also incomplete. Otherwise we 'd certainly consider doing this again.

that is the bar we visited before our devastating holy evening. dinner with my family. are bartender was really nice and she served us very cold and very fresh beer. I paid $6 for a 22-oz blue moon and I was never happier. I wish my family made me as happy as this chilies.
Service was good, despite them being understaffed. Remarkably workers really do seem to be trying.For all Chili's locations: please stop using so much salt on the vegetables. Let the flavors of the food be enhanced or speak for itself, instead of covering up things.
Delicious Big hamburgers and so delicious. Lots of food choices. Their prices are so reasonable. One of the best parts, they serve the best warmed, crispy tortilla chips with Salsa. They are so addicting and yummy. It made for a wonderful experience.

High price for food. Not quality. Service was bad. Salad never came. Food came first. Drink orders were not refilled accurately or timely. Server never came back. Will not return.
My fiancée and I had salads, they were a little spicy but delicious.
