Roman's Deli Catering

Excellent Veggie burger that stands out from other veggie burgers. This one is clearly homemade with actual black beans and lentils. The burger is also loaded with red onions, cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, and a special sauce. Fantastic sandwich even though it was on the pricey side. The potato and pasta salads were also very refreshing and fresh. I also recommend the chicken salad sandwich which includes sundried tomatoes that add a beautiful flavor to the sandwich.

A few things stood out on our visit to Roman?s. We had a table outside and a dog with us. The staff was courteous and attentive. They cleared tables as soon as people left. We had the Chicken Caprese Italian with pasta salad potato salad. Everything was very fresh and high quality. We?ll definitely go back! Oh, and I think they were the only business downtown that didn?t scrutinize shoppers who need a bathroom. Management gets it.

Got the opportunity to try some of their catered sandwiches at an event and I can say with certainty that they have in their possession the greatest chicken salad sandwich I've ever had. And that was the CATERED version. Absolutely ridiculous quality on all sandwiches and salads and a very happy meeting room- can't wait to make this a routine favorite. Oh, and try the cookies.

One of the best sandwich shops or lunch spots in downtown Asheville. Great selection of options, great location, and super friendly staff. I usually don't eat tuna salad but it's a must try here. I'm a big fan of the caprese sandwiches as well. Also, they have a catering service as well.

I grab lunch here fairly regularly. They have consistently great service, food, and a nice enjoyable space to eat. The potato salad and cookies are my favorites.
