However, after returning from a business trip in September, I found the coffee quality to be inconsistent. Despite always tipping the friendly baristas, today’s hot mocha with soy milk tasted more like plain hot chocolate diluted with water, which was disappointing—especially considering it cost $5-6. I hope Rook Coffee can improve its menu items to match the great experience I had before.

Rook Coffee serves the best coffee in New Jersey, outperforming all others, including Dieucks. Their convenient hours, open until 5:00 and 7:00 in the summer, make it easy to stop by. With a great selection of cold brews and enticing aromas, it’s definitely a must-visit. They should think about expanding further north.
Rook coffee has ruined me for all other coffee joints. I'm not mad about it at all. By far the best cold brew I've come across in this great nation. I go out of my way for this magical elixir.

Rook is an absolute gem. Their cold brew and fresh coffee beans are unmatched. My favorite so far is the Hazelnut Mocha Cold Brew. They even cater to dogs by selling plush toys!
Best coffee hands down. Smooth and 0% bitterness or acid taste. Wonderful rich flavor. Don't miss this! Coffee will never be the same once you've experienced Rook!
Every visit to the Jersey Shore is a delightful experience! The New Orleans cold brew is absolutely amazing—hands down the best cold brew I've ever had!
The cold brew was enjoyable, but unfortunately, this location doesn’t allow you to sample any drinks before purchasing, which is a bit disappointing.
