Roosters - Réservation de table

Don't let the name fool you: as a vegetarian, I've already dined here twice and couldn't be happier since Rooster's opening just four days ago. The herbal ratatouille served over rice pilaf, although listed as an appetizer on the dinner menu, makes for a fantastic main course, especially when enjoyed with a wonderfully easy-drinking cocktail. I returned for lunch and had a delightful potato, leek, and poultry dish that truly enhances Carbondale's dining scene without relying solely on local farms. This restaurant is a welcome addition to the city!

Roosters Brunch was a fantastic experience. The **** Mary can be 3 in CO above. The Hillbilly Benedict surprised me with absolutely tasty bbq pulled pork, the pair excellent with egg. And don't hesitate to order a moimosa before you are out. We enjoyed the bartender so much (unnecessarily very busy over the whole restaurant) that we stayed for 3.

Haven’t had a bad bite yet. Sat at the bar 3-4 times and tried almost everything on the menu. With the exception of a killer Belgian, their tap beers are pretty ordinary and my Manhattan was meh. Hopefully they’ll work on that. Haven’t done the breakfast thing yet but did enjoy brunch once. I’ll definitely be a regular.

Unique menu, friendly staff, extensive wine selection, casual setting, and phenomenal cuisine. Led by a well versed chef. Simply good food matched with good service. Funny to me at least...one of the owners sounds exactly like Watto from Star Wars. All in due respect of course. Lol Aladdin

Love this restaurant! Everything from the beautiful modern Colorado vibe of the restaurant, the drink menu , innovative appetizers (you will have a hard time picking) to the local sourced entrees. Plus, the service is outstanding. Highly recommend!

Stumbled upon this place for breakfast. They were able to sit a party of ten immediately and served us great cocktails. Food was delicious. I highly recommend the hillbilly eggs Benedict! All around amazing experience, wish I lived closer!

Decided to go here for breakfast after hearing mixed reviews. I was very impressed. Fantastic food (as good as Silo but with more options), classy spacious venue with just the right amount of service. Réservez une table maintenant

I enjoyed a fantastic meal at Roosters last night. There are still a few things to fine-tune, but we're really happy to have Roosters in the Carbondale dining scene!
