Went to the Arch St location with my daughter. The staff was very professional and helpful as it was my first time. I have to say I almost walked out because the place was a little dirty and grimy for my taste but because they were so professional Idecided to give it a try. The food took 15 min to prepare. I didn?t mind that because it was fresh. When I got home the food wasstill warm and my daughter (picky eater) loved the nuggets and waffle and my wings and waffle were absolutely delicious! I willdefinitely try it again and I only hope that they work on tiding up and organizing there counter behind the registers and keepup with the cleaning.
New here, this is my second visit. Chicken is very fresh and juicy! Mac and cheese was good. Waffles, very different. Most places I get chicken and waffles , the waffle is just like Sunday breakfast. These, are different. The texture is more chewy,from dough like. Smaller, but definitely denser. Taste great! I welcome the change. I kinda want a few to snack on rightnow! To quote another slogan..... It's not fast food, but good food done fast. Made to order.
I loved the customer service and supporting a black owned business, we ordered our food to go and was treated great by the owner with good conversation right up until we got our food. He even took the picture for us. But unfortunately we did not enjoy ourmeals, once we got home and ate. We haven?t gone back to give a second try, but I will one day.
Stopped here for the first time and it was awesome. The food is fresh, delicious, and tastes amazing. The owner is a great guy and was very nice and he's the one cooking for everyone. I would definitely recommend and would come back to this spot when I'min the area.
