What a shame, what a shame.... I had to delete my 5 star review from 5 years ago and make a new one now.... : The Rosalys was always my place to go I was always happy with the service and everything about it but after Corona the Rosalys changed a lot which I heard from many and now I was able to experience it myself on the phone : When I called and wanted to reserve for 9p or maybe 10p, I was told that that wasn 't possible because from 10p there was a menu with a minimum consumption. 9p works but 10 doesn 't work?! When I spoke to the manager it only got worse. I 've always noticed how absolutely NO ONE there is interested in their job and all the employees have an I don 't care attitude an...
Both my friend and I went for one of their „Classics“, the minced meat Zurich style and the Cordon bleu and as always the quality was flawless as was the service; professional yet very warm and friendly, not something you get often in Zurich! As a regular, coffee was on the house again a nice gesture that is way too rare and almost non existent in most of the hyped but very mediocre in places in Zurich. I look forward to my next visit!
In einer kleinen Seitengasse am Bellevue sehr zentral gelegen Restaurant eher dunkel. Man sitzt relativ eng. Dazu ist der Lärmpegel bei vollem Restaurant sehr hoch. Für ein Geschäftsessen eher ungeeignet. Die Küche selbst ist ganz gut. Kann man eigentlich nichts aussetzen. Portionen eher klein. Preisniveau eher gehoben. Alles in allem stimmt das Gesamtpaket nicht. Muss nicht unbedingt sein.
Recht gut Atmosphäre in diese Restaurant, zwar etwas laut aber nicht störenden. Die junge Dame die uns servier hat wie auch die Bestellung genommen und uns wein empfohlen hat ist erste recht freundlich und Professionell , es war ein supper service, gute Beratung. Wir waren absolut begeistert!! Frois Grois und Tartar einfach ausgezeignet In jeder Hinsicht ein Erlebniss! Immer wieder gerne! Réservez une table maintenant
